As planned and announced last year, come have fun on the frozen lake with family and friends on February 28. Initially planned as an ice fishing tournament, the event has evolved to be more accessible to everyone and has become a real day of celebration on the ice.
Since Mother Nature is finally giving us a real winter, we will take the opportunity to get together on Lake Massawippi, which will be frozen solid for the occasion.
Bring your family and discover the joys of winter: introduction to ice fishing, marshmallows around the fire, hot chocolate, BBQ, snowmobile rides, and Argo XTV amphibious vehicle rides.
The goal: to get together, share a convivial moment, and fully enjoy the unique experience of a frozen lake. All free of charge.
📍 See you at 11 a.m. on February 28, 2026, at the North Hatley municipal beach. Look for the red Eskimo tents on the lake—that’s where we’ll be.
