Que se passe-t-il? J\u2019ai pris en photo ce c\u00f4ne le 16 juin dernier. Il est toujours en place par-dessus un amas de concass\u00e9s. Les symboles d\u2019une mauvaise gestion sont flagrants \u00e0 North Hatley dont ce fameux c\u00f4ne. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place il y a maintenant plus de 4 mois suite aux inondations du X. D\u2019ailleurs, c\u2019est un citoyen que je connais qui a appel\u00e9 la municipalit\u00e9 pour demander \u00e0 ce qu\u2019un c\u00f4ne soit install\u00e9 \u00e0 cet endroit en plus de remplir correctement le trou qui \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sent. Ce c\u00f4ne a \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9 \u00e0 la demande du citoyen puisqu\u2019un accident de moto ayant caus\u00e9 la perte des jambes \u00e0 un jeune homme avait eu lieu quelques jours auparavant.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

4 mois plus tard, le c\u00f4ne est toujours \u00e0 la m\u00eame place avec le m\u00eame amas de concass\u00e9. D\u2019apr\u00e8s moi, il va finir par partir avec la d\u00e9neigeuse!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n
