To date, the municipality has done solid work. However, citizens must also do their part by understanding \u2014 and especially accepting \u2014 the future vision of the village and the impacts that will result from it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What is North Hatley\u2019s vision for the next 12 to 36 months?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I also question the municipality\u2019s real day-to-day priorities for the next 12 to 36 months. For example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Improving services offered to the local population<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing better access to the lake for everyone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reducing municipal debt and the tax burden on citizens<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stimulating residential development in the Rivi\u00e8re Park area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring effective management of daily operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generating new sources of revenue<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Regardless of the objective chosen, achieving it will inevitably require the participation of investors, entrepreneurs, and operators capable of implementing these projects and managing them on a daily basis \u2014 roles typically carried out by entrepreneurs.
