The municipal administration recently noted in a newsletter that it must manage a small village with infrastructure comparable to that of a city \u2014 but with a limited number of employees. Nous nous retrouvons ainsi devant deux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s : favoriser le d\u00e9veloppement tout en \u00e9vitant une croissance administrative excessive. D\u2019ailleurs, l\u2019administration municipale mentionnait r\u00e9cemment, dans une infolettre, devoir composer avec un nombre limit\u00e9 d\u2019employ\u00e9s pour g\u00e9rer un petit village dot\u00e9 d\u2019infrastructures comparables \u00e0 celles d\u2019une ville.
