I had the chance to stop by the brand-new Café du Pont, located in the heart of North Hatley, for a coffee and a pastry. As soon as I walked in, I was charmed by the layout of the counter and the arrangement of the tables, which create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
At home, we’re lucky to have an excellent coffee machine and a bit of experience making good coffee. We also enjoy visiting different cafés to savor a good latte. The one I was served at Café du Pont is without a doubt one of the best I’ve had in a long time. And it was all served with a big smile and remarkable kindness—a real pleasure.
Some friends were also there at the same time and shared the same enthusiasm for the place. So congratulations on this wonderful spot, thank you for the warm welcome, the excellent coffee, and the delicious pastry—honestly, it was simply incredible!
We now have a real gem in North Hatley. This kind of place is good for the village: it brings life to the area and creates a lovely gathering spot for residents.
