July 10, 2025 — Application submitted for a permit for an awning at 80 Main Street.
August 2025 — At the inspector’s request, reduction in the width of the awning.
August 19, 2025 — The inspector confirms the presentation to the CCUP; the request receives a favorable opinion.
September 8, 2025 — Presentation to the City Council; the resolution of acceptance is recorded in the minutes (Ref. 2025-09-08.177) below.

Conclusion
Nous avons donc appliqué les ajustements exigés et lancé les commandes d’impression en conséquence. Malgré l’avis favorable du CCUP et la résolution d’acceptation du Conseil, le permis a finalement été refusé.
